Availability and Rates

CURRENT RATES

Our base rates are – $109 per week night and $129 for Friday and Saturday.  These rates rise and fall throughout the year as demand increases for holidays and the summer and fall months.  Please contact us for an exact quote for the time you wish to visit.

We offer a 5% discount for stays over 7 days.  In addition to the daily rate, there is also a 12.75% state and local hotel tax, and a $120 cleaning fee per booking.

PETS
Pets are allowed with an additional $15 charge per day.  (See “Rules and Rental Policies” page for more details)
